Problem:

After running studio for a while, controls have problems partial compiling. General exceptions and other (related) problems are encountered and the environment feels very sluggish.

I have been using the wrapper for most of the day today and not had any problems so far (I would have normally encountered the issue several times), so it looks like it works pretty well.

If your system has problems with memory or general sluggishness, it might also be worth checking out as it seems to have reduced the memory footprint of devenv.exe by ~200mb on my system.
